​PHYSICIANS, DENTISTS, TECHNOLOGISTS, AND RESPIRATORY THERAPISTS

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Medical Society of New Jersey (MSNJ) through the joint sponsorship of  Meridian Health and New Jersey Sleep Society, Inc.

Meridian Health is accredited by the Medical Society of New Jersey to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Meridian Health designates this live activity for a maximum of 10 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits TM.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of the participation in the activity.  Saturday only, 6 Credits, Sunday only, 4 Credits.  Saturday and Sunday, 10 Credits total.

American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST), Continuing Respiratory Care Education (CRCE) credited by the American Association for Respiratory Care (AARC), and the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry designate this education activity for a maximum of 10 Credits/Hours.  Saturday only, 6 Credits, Sunday only, 4 Credits.  Saturday and Sunday, 10 Credits total.
